Please carefully review the terms and conditions, as all bookings are subject to the terms outlined therein. By making a flights booking, whether for oneself or on behalf of others, passengers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy for Deposits and Tickets:
All deposits paid to book a flight and hold a reservation with Safe Travel & Tours Ltd. can be refunded within a 24-hour period after reservation.
The deposit per passenger is £75. If a passenger cancels the reservation after 24 hours of booking or fails to pay the remaining balance before the due date, a £75 service charge will be applied per passenger.
Refunds for tickets depend solely on the policies of the respective airline. Not all tickets are refundable. Safe Travel and Tours acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers only. The terms and conditions regarding refunds are subject to those of the airlines, which should be confirmed by the agent handling the booking/issuing of the ticket.
Regarding refunds due to changes in flight timings, Safe Travel and Tours can request on behalf of passengers, but the airline ultimately holds the authority to proceed with refunds.
Changes in the flight after issuance:
Each airline has its own policies and charges which vary. If a passenger is a no-show (fails to attend the flight), finds the timings unsuitable, experiences changes in the departure or destination airports, or undergoes re-routing, the airline may impose penalties according to their policies. Passengers are advised to confirm these charges with their respective agent to avoid any misunderstandings.
Once issued, tickets are non-transferable to any other person.
Passengers provide multiple confirmations, both written and verbal, regarding flight details to ensure accuracy in name spellings and flight information.
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure all details are correct, including traveler names matching passport/travel documents, travel dates, transit times, origin and destination airports, baggage allowance, and other flight information.
Insurance
The company strongly recommends that passengers obtain insurance from a certified insurance provider. We are available to provide any necessary guidance.
If an airline fails to operate, Safe Travel and Tours Ltd. cannot entertain any claims or accommodations. The tickets provided are ATOL protected and secured under civil aviation regulations. In the event of airline failure, the Civil Aviation Authority is responsible for compensating passenger losses.
